Payment and Refund Conditions

  • 1. GENERAL

  • This site is owned and operated by TravelGo Systems Ltd, Caversham Court 34 Belvedere Road, Flat 2, London, SE19 2HW, United Kingdom.

  • Booking Documents: all documentation relating to the Services booked including without limitation the voucher, the invoice and other documentation including without limitation the details of the members of the trip, the details of the payment, reservation dates and addresses, check-in and check-out times.

  • Administration Fees: the amount of which will be specified on the order page of our website, advised over the booking process, this is non refundable.

  • Lead Client: the person (who may or may not be a member of the trip) nominated during the reservation process as the person to whom all documents relating to the reserved Services are to be sent.

  • Trip: The group of people in the travel trip who are named in the booking.

  • Services: such travel services as may be provided through our platform from time to time. Terms of Website Use: the TravelGo Systems terms of website use as may be amended from time to time, the current version of which is available at

  • 3. Payments

  • Lead Client will pay an indicated Payable Online Total at the end of the booking process. This total will always contain our Administration Fees and the part of the Services the Lead Client is required to pay online to the suppliers.

    Lead Client will pay the Payable Online Total using Worldpay as the online payments gateway.

    Lead Client will make only one Payment, no further payments will be required, no recurring payments nor extra charges.

  • 4. Currencies

  • Lead client will be informed all the time during the services browsing, listing, details, itinerary details, booking review and payment of the currency of the selected services and payments.

    We currently process services and payments in GBP.

  • 5. Refunds

  • Lead client must provide a letter or email with the cancellation request of any service already paid, to be processed by our platform.

    Based on every supplier's specific cancellation policy, refunds that apply will be processed and executed through Worldpay payment gateway the same working day.

  • 6. Delivery

  • Once the Lead Client pays online through Worldpay payment gateway, for a booking containing Services, will receive an email with the information to retrieve all Booking Documents.

    Lead Client will be able to retrieve all the Booking Documents as many times as needed.
